Although there is limited practice at national, European and international level and a pretty recent history of the valuations review, this activity starts to become more and more important, as it is useful to the large public in various ways.
We are performing valuations review reports for judicial procedures as expert witness or when requested by various actors in the economic environment, while respecting the professional standards and best practice in this field, as we are conscious of the sensitivity of such missions.
In order to be able to prepare solid and documented valuations review reports it is necessary to know in detail the relevant valuations standards, to understand the nature of the evaluated assets and the market conditions at the valuation date.
