Fairness opinion

Fairness opinion is a growing practice at national and especially international level, which consists in drawing up a comprehensive report analyzing the conditions under which transactions take place. The conclusions of the report are intended to clarify the issues related to the correctness or incorrectness of a transaction, following the analysis of all the documents through which the transaction was carried out.

An opinion on the fairness of transactions can be helpful to management representatives in mitigating the risks associated with the transfer of ownership, i.e. in demonstrating transparency and compliance with the duties of good stewardship.
