Bogdan Rada, MAA, REV
Managing Partner
The main coordinator of ADEVAL’s activity and founding member, Bogdan is an engineer licensed in Mechanical Engineering with the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca, graduate of the master’s degree in the field of Banking and Capital Markets of Babeş-Bolyai University and a graduate of the Investment Foundations program offered by CFA Institute.
Bogdan is an authorized appraiser of National Association of Authorized Appraisers in Romania (ANEVAR) on the following areas: Business valuations, Real estate valuations, Plant and Equipment valuations and Valuations review. Moreover, Bogdan is authorized by the Ministry of Justice to perform valuations within judicial procedures as expert witness. He is an ANEVAR accredited member (MAA) for Real estate valuations and Recognized European Valuer (REV) qualification offered by The European Group of Valuers’ Associations (TEGoVA).
In what concerns ANEVAR, Bogdan is involved in the Nord – West branch’s Council in his quality of ex-president, member in the Review and monitor Commission and holds the capacity of lector of the Association for the development training and the professional internship.
Bogdan’s areas of expertise include real estate valuations, equipment valuations, valuations review, over time he prepared valuations reports for various purposes such as: financial reporting valuations, valuations for loan guarantee, purchase price allocation, valuations for determination of the contribution in kind to the share capital of a company, valuations for expropriations, expropriation litigations professional assistance and valuations review.
Florin Hirsch, MAA
Florin is licensed in Mechanical Engineering with the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca, being a member of ANEVAR on the following areas: Real estate valuations and Plant and Equipment valuations. He is also a technical judicial expert authorized by the Ministry of Justice for valuations under judicial procedures and starting with 2021 he is also a certified member (MAA) of ANEVAR.
Florin has very good knowledge of the real estate market and he is the coordinator of the technical valuation activities, along time he participated on complex valuations missions for various purposes in the business area as well as judicial procedures field.
Lacrărămioara Bozga
Lăcră is licensed in Economy with Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, being also a graduate of the master’s degree in Banking and Capital Markets offered by UBB. Moreover, she is an authorized appraiser of National Association of Authorized Appraisers in Romania (ANEVAR) for Real estate valuations and Business valuations.
